We are direct to a major provider of Euro in exchange for USD. Procedures must start with an opportunity for us to talk to our equivelant on the USD side (USD mandate or USD direct representative) After that it is a matter of procedures reasonable for both sides - preferably L to L or MT103 No interest at all in Euro Provider having to provide document after document proving who he is and what he has - before Euro Provider even has a name for USD provider - and therefore does not know that the paperwork being submitted will ever get to a genuine USD provider
